Business Developer Electronics (PCBA/EMS)

As a Business Developer Electronics (PCBA/EMS), you will be the driving force behind the growth of new and existing OEM relationships. Your role goes beyond selling electronics: you will identify opportunities to expand into system integration, injection molding, and machining services, helping customers scale their operations efficiently. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through technical specifications, RFQs, and NPI projects, while collaborating closely with internal Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful project execution. Your contribution will have a direct impact on the company’s growth and the success of our clients.

• New business: target list building, first meetings, qualification, value cases, proposals → deal closure

• Account growth: cross/upsell (PCBA → box-build → system integration), framework contracts & forecasts

• Consultative selling: lead RFQ/RFI, read BOMs/gerbers/drawings, propose DfX options and supply optimizations

• Deal shaping: pricing/margin, SLAs, logistics scenarios, NPI planning

• Internal collaboration: Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations

• 3–7+ years commercial experience in EMS/PCBA or high-tech contract manufacturing

• Technical foundation: BOM/gerber and basic schematics, familiar with DfX, ICT/FCT, AOI/X-ray

• Strong in value selling (TCO/quality/lead-time), engaging with both procurement and engineers

• Fluent in Dutch & English; driving license; Benelux travel-ready

• Bonus points: network with high-tech OEMs in Brainport, multi-discipline experience, ERP/CRM experience (SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot)
