Finance Facilitator

As a Finance Operations Facilitator, you'll play a key role in keeping our finances running smoothly. Your job is more than just number crunching; you're the go-to person making sure money matters are handled without a hitch in our tech-driven manufacturing world.

Here's what you'll do:

• Manage money in and out, keeping a close eye on credits, debits, and all transactions.

• Lead the charge in making sure all financial activities meet our high standards.

• Talk with customers to ensure they pay on time and that we bill correctly, using your great communication skills.

• Work with different teams to keep our finances clear and coordinated.

• Have at least an MBO-level education in finance, accounting, or similar.

• 1-2 years in finance or accounting, or even just relevant internship experience.

• Understand how money moves in a business, including invoicing and keeping track of finances.

• Skilled with financial software for managing transactions and reports.

• Great at talking and working with people, both customers and teammates.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working in a team.
