Mechanical Engineer – Mold Design/Injection Molding

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with a focus on product design, mold design, and injection molding. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming concepts into manufacturable, functional products through expert mold design and process development. You will manage the full product lifecycle—from 3D modeling and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis to designing complex injection molds, and working with the team on tooling, testing, and production.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Work experience in injection molding, preferably in a production environment

• Proficient with CAD software—SolidWorks experience preferred

• Familiarity with quality processes and standards (Preferred)

• Experience with medical product development

• Strong affinity for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles

• Solid knowledge of product design, mold design, and injection molding

• Self-motivated and eager to take ownership of technical challenges

• Able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
