Functieomschrijving

As Process Owner Injection Molding, you're the technical owner of the entire injection molding process. You see exactly where the process stands today, decide where it needs to go over the next few years, and translate that into a concrete technical roadmap. You take responsibility for quality, process stability, efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.

You work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Team Coordinators, Process Engineers, and Projects to industrialize new products and molds. No layers in between. You set the technical standards for machine programming, material choice, and process parameters. You analyze structural problems and make sure knowledge and documentation are properly secured. At the same time, you follow developments in injection molding technology and plastics, and you turn them into real improvements on the floor.

Our culture is hands-on and ambitious: real ownership, short lines, and a sharp focus on getting things done.

What will you do?

  • You determine the technical vision and roadmap for Injection Molding and translate it into concrete improvement and development steps.

  • You guard process standards, quality, stability, and efficiency, and structurally raise them to a higher level.

  • You drive continuous improvement, cycle time, and process optimization as the number of new products grows.

  • You support and guide Manufacturing Engineers on complex technical challenges and the industrialization of new products and molds.

  • You set standards for machine programming, material choice, and process parameters.

  • You analyze structural process problems, find the root cause, and initiate and secure lasting improvements.

  • You work closely with Projects, Engineering, Process Engineers, and Operations to introduce new products successfully.

  • You organize knowledge sharing, standardization, and technical documentation, and translate new developments in injection molding technology and materials into real improvements.

What do you bring?

  • Injection molding technology is deep in your DNA. You think beyond today's fix, toward where the process needs to go.

  • You feel responsible for the performance of the entire line.

  • You're technically strong and pragmatic enough to actually get improvements done.

  • You're a natural challenger. You're not afraid to question existing standards.

  • You bring engineering, production, and operations along in your technical vision.

  • You switch easily between engineering, production, operations, and project teams.

What do we offer you?

  • A dynamic, fast-growing scale-up with short lines and plenty of ownership

  • Plenty of freedom, responsibility and impact within an ambitious organization
