Process Owner Logistics

As Process Owner Logistics, you own the logistics process itself. You don't run the team day to day. You decide, together with the organization, where logistics needs to go over the next one to three years and what it takes to get there. You look ahead, analyze patterns, and build a process that keeps getting more robust, more efficient, and more scalable.

You're visible in the operation and you listen closely to what happens on the floor. You turn signals into structural solutions and clear standards. You work closely with the Team Coordinator and the Process Engineer. You use SAP as more than a system. It's how you understand goods flows, analyze data, and spot improvement opportunities.

Your focus is prevention, not reaction. You dig into complex logistics problems until you find the real cause, and you bring people along in lasting improvements. Lean and continuous improvement are how you turn ideas into processes that actually work better.

What will you do?

• You own the logistics chain and take responsibility for how it develops.

• You build a vision for logistics and translate it into concrete steps for the next one to three years.

• You spot structural bottlenecks and risks early and solve them together with operations, before they become problems.

• You drive continuous improvement and see lasting process improvements through to implementation.

• You turn signals and needs from the floor into practical, future-proof solutions.

• You guard, improve, and professionalize the standards within the logistics process.

• You work closely with the Team Coordinator and Process Engineer to keep the process and the logistics team running at their best.

• You use SAP and process data to analyze logistics flows, spot patterns, and make improvement decisions based on evidence.

• You make sure logistics processes grow with the ambitions of the organization.

What do you bring?

• You're analytical and curious. “That's how we've always done it” isn't an answer for you. You dig until you find the real cause.

• You're independent and decisive, but you know the best improvements come from working closely with the people in the process every day.

• You have genuine affinity with logistics processes and the drive to make them structurally better and future-proof.

• You have practical experience with SAP.

• You know Lean and continuous improvement. A Green Belt background is a plus.

• You translate vision into concrete actions, standards, and lasting process improvements.

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, for example in Logistics Engineering, Logistics & Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Practical experience with SAP.
