  • You analyze and optimize processes across production and support functions.

  • You drive digital transformation using data, platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.

  • You design and implement improvements in MES, ERP, and WMS environments.

  • You build dashboards and KPI models for data-driven decision-making.

  • You support AI-assisted automation, predictive maintenance, and forecasting solutions.

  • You collaborate with operations, IT, and engineering teams to scale digital workflows.

Job requirements

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial or systems engineering.

  • You have experience in process improvement within complex manufacturing environments.

  • You work confidently with data platforms, BI tools, and AI concepts.

  • You understand and improve workflows in ERP, MES, or WMS systems.

  • You use automation tools like Python, RPA, or AI/ML pipelines.

  • You communicate clearly and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
